Armstrong Capital Development is a private equity real estate company in Denver, CO. The company works with a variety of properties and capital investors, which calls for an ironclad cybersecurity strategy. To fulfill their need for real estate IT services, they partnered with Aspire Technology Solutions.

Challenge

Armstrong Capital Development hired Aspire to conduct a cybersecurity evaluation of their company and maintain their Managed IT. The goal was to optimize IT effectiveness and security in order to maintain the highest level of protection for the company, properties, and investors.

Solution 

Aspire provided Armstrong Capital Development with a security evaluation of their local infrastructure. The evaluation covered every aspect of their daily operations and highlighted areas for improvement. As part of the cybersecurity evaluation, we performed a thorough analysis of the following:

Aspire also provided an assessment report outlining key issues and recommendations after completing all work. The report allowed the client to proceed with confidence in obtaining the real estate IT services necessary for smooth operations.

Results

Aspire was able to bring Armstrong Capital Development’s network and data security into compliance. All of the requirements to qualify for Cybersecurity Insurance were either met or exceeded, and the road was open for them to confidently move forward as a company. The process of providing real estate IT services was streamlined with clear communication throughout the interaction. In addition to implementing security recommendations, Aspire truly “owns” and effectively manages the entire Armstrong Capital Development IT system now.
