“We haven’t had any security problems because they keep us protected.”
—President, McAuliffe Neiman PC
The Client
McAuliffe Neiman PC is a law firm that specializes in commercial, family, and probate litigation. Founded in early 2022, the firm needed a trusted managed services provider to build its IT infrastructure. The president knew the Aspire team from his previous employer, which provided law firm IT services for four years.
Challenge
Established at the onset of 2022, McAuliffe Neiman PC required a comprehensive IT solution. The client started with a clean slate and had no existing equipment. As a law office, transmitting confidential documents and sensitive information is a constant in the firm’s day-to-day operations. The client needed law firm IT services that could procure the necessary equipment while emphasizing cybersecurity and reliable network connectivity.
Solution
Aspire helped design and set up McAuliffe Neiman PC’s office internet connection and IT system and addressed all their IT needs. The team purchased all the necessary equipment, installed it, and ensured it was protected, including the firewall, router switch, WiFi, laptops, monitors, keyboards, and printers.
Aspire also set up a system for them to securely transfer hundreds of documents to and from opposing counsel during litigation. The team also upgraded the password vault provider and helped address issues with the ISP. Currently, Aspire addresses McAuliffe Neiman PC’s IT maintenance issues, such as computer glitches and provides both onsite and offsite services as needed.
Results
In the seven months of McAuliffe Neiman PC’s operations, there hasn’t been a single hour lost to computer issues. There haven’t been any issues with securely transferring documents to or from opposing counsel. The system works consistently, both during remote access and in the office.
Aspire designed an IT system that was set up along with an ISP, a password vault provider, firmware, and hardware. The client continues to rely on Aspire’s prompt responses for the swift resolution of technical issues.
